If you 'like' my Facebook page, you'll have seen last weekend that Barry M were having a 'buy one get one half price' offer on their £2.99 Nail Paints from Superdrug. Even though I swore that I wasn't going to buy any more nail polish until the new year I just couldn't resist. Berry Cosmo has been at the top of my wish list for a couple of months, so as soon as I saw them announce the sale I went straight to the Superdrug website and snapped it up, along with a few others.
Berry Cosmo is the most perfect autumn purple shade I own, It's deep enough that it doesn't fall into the 'just another purple' category but isn't so dark that it's mistaken for black or plum. I really do love it, it's one of my favourites at the moment.
The photo above shows 2 easy coats with top coat. The formula is fantastic, just like the majority of Barry M Nail Paint's; it's not too thick or thin, doesn't clog up the neck of the bottle and applies really smoothly. Dry time was typical for any polish and it wears really well. I applied this on Thursday last week, and this photo was taken yesterday, look how well it's held up!
I'd most definitely recommend picking up this polish, especially at the moment as there is another offer of '3 for 2' from Superdrug. Barry M continues to impress me, I've tried very few of their products that I haven't been blown away by, and the fact that they're cruelty-free with tons of vegan products is amazing.
