If you follow me on Instagram you'll have seen that Models Own were kind enough to send me their new Polish For Tans collection for 2015. The collection was originally brought out last year, but they added five new shades at the beginning of the summer. The one that really jumped out to me as soon as I opened the box was Turquoise Sea*, so that's what I'm proud to be wearing this week.

Eyebrows are something I have a love/hate relationship with. I won't leave the house without them filled in some way, but it's the thing I always leave until last in my make-up routine. I'm not very confident in my brow skills, and because they're so thin and sparse it takes a fair bit of time and patience to get them to look reasonably full and even. Over the last few months I've been trying out the Illamasqua Brow Gel in the shade Strike, and have been dying to review it, but had to give it a thorough try. Now I've trialled it for so long, and in so many types of weather, I've finally formed a solid opinion of it.

Since turning vegan, I've found one of the hardest areas of my beauty routine to replace to be perfumes. Of course, there are plenty of own brand scents that are suitable, but I got so used to the likes of Chanel and Stella McCartney that none of them really seemed to suit me. I was starting to think that I'd have to forgo my old favourites and settle on whatever I could find on the High Street, but thankfully Eden Perfumes have stepped in and saved the day!

After the über bright and sparkly polish I wore last week I thought I'd simplify my manicure this week and go for a nice, pretty créme. GOSH nail polishes are still very new to me, and when I'm trying out a new brand there are a few colours that I tend to gravitate towards, purple being one of them. Wild Lilac is the shade that caught my attention while ordering online, so that's what I'm wearing this week.

A couple of weeks ago the ladies behind Zusterschap approached me and asked if I'd like to get involved with their August theme, which just happens to be 'stereotypes'. Obviously, being vegan I face my fair share (and then some) of stereotyping so I jumped at the chance. Myself and a few other cruelty-free bloggers wrote a couple of paragraphs talking about the kind of stereotyping we face as vegans, I'd love it if you checked it out.

Everyone in life has some kind of goal or dream; whether it's being PM/President, starting a family or flying to the moon, we're all trying to do something with our lives. I've put together a few questions about life goals and asked some wonderful people to share their stories in the hope that it'll help to inspire me, and maybe you too, to keep working towards ours. First up is Jemma of Dorkface talking about her dream.

I didn't realise I'd bought so many nail polishes with summer in mind, but having put my entire collection together the other day I noticed that I still have a fair few I'm yet to feature in a post. I've posted about a Models Own Diamond Luxe polish before, and remembering how much I loved it I thought it was time I used Radiant Pink from the same collection.

After my last experience with The Vegan Kind Beauty Box I swore I'd never get another one, I deactivated my subscription and I thought that was that. However, a couple of weeks ago I had an email from TVK offering me 50% off if I signed up again, and you all know how I love a bargain!

As you know, I do love my traditional nail polishes. By that, I mean the 'normal' formula ones that you can pick up in almost every chemist or drugstore. However, since I've recently been on a bit of an organic skincare kick, I thought I'd try my hand at more natural nail polishes too. Little Ondine is a brand that I've only recently heard of, and this Mani Monday I'm wearing Love Letter* from their collection.

Towards the end of last year, I was chatting with my Instagram friend and fellow vegan, Tabitha, and we got onto the subject of beauty swaps. After a bit of toing and froing we decided to put boxes together of some vegan products that are not available in our respective countries. I'm from the UK and she's from the USA, so I knew that what I could get her would be new to her, and vice versa. We went with a budget of $100, which is roughly £65 though I'm pretty sure we both went a fair bit over that. She sent me so much that I've had to split this post into two parts, up first are the lip products.

All of us get anxiety from time to time, whether it's because of a job interview, a first date or even if we have an anxiety disorder, we all know what it feels like. Of course, an anxiety disorder is so much more than the odd bout of nerves, but when we're feeling jittery and restless, the techniques we use to calm down are pretty much the same. Recently I've been having pretty bad anxiety, the kind that stops me from sleeping and means I have trouble concentrating, so I thought I'd share some of the things I do that help to relieve it.

In the spring, mint is one of my favourite shades to wear on my nails, but I rarely wear it either before or after that. This week, however, since the weather seems to have turned a bit more spring-like in the UK, I fancied digging out one of my favourites. This little beauty is Pepperminty from Ciaté.
