The Vegan Kind Beauty Box #4 | First Impressions

After my last experience with The Vegan Kind Beauty Box I swore I'd never get another one, I deactivated my subscription and I thought that was that. However, a couple of weeks ago I had an email from TVK offering me 50% off if I signed up again, and you all know how I love a bargain!

The Vegan Kind Beauty Box

Dr. Organic Dead Sea Mineral Bio-Plasma Mud Mask

That's one heck of a product name! I've been trying to make more time recently to pamper myself with a face mask, so this was a welcome addition to my small collection. I have a few different kinds of face mask but haven't yet ventured into trying a mud mask, but as it's supposed to be detoxing I'm looking forward to giving this a go. I'm sure there'll be a review of this at some point.

B. All Mascara

I already have this mascara so I was neither happy or disappointed to find it in the box. It's an ok product, nothing to really write home about but does the job. I actually really liked this at one point, but my love for it has dwindled somewhat recently.

PHB Ethical Beauty Natural & Organic Eyeliner - Black

I'm always excited to try out new eyeliners, so this one from PHB was a happy find. I'm yet to wear it, but from swatching it on my hand it seems really creamy, and that's something I'm always after. It claims to be waterproof, so I'll be testing this out and letting you know how I get on.

Faith in Nature 3-in-1 Facial Wipes

What amazing timing to receive a pack of face wipes, I used my last one not two minutes before my parcel arrived. I don't use face wipes on a regular basis, or for an all in one cleansing solution, but for swatches, eye make-up removal, lazy nights or to refresh my skin during the day I love them. I've only ever tried soap and hair-care from Faith in Nature before, so I'm excited to see how these wipes fare.

Teabox Detox

As an added bonus, TVK also included 3 detox teabags from Teabox, as well as a discount code for their website. Although I'm in my 30's, it was only last year that I really became a fan of tea, so I was really happy to see these included, even though they have little to do with beauty. The information that comes with the box suggests that you use these over the course of just one day, so I'll be doing that on the weekend. If I like the taste or the results I'll buy a box and talk about them more.

Total RRP - £27.18

Over all I'm impressed with the offerings from The Vegan Kind this quarter, far more so than I was in February, I'm even thinking about keeping my subscription again. I think I'll wait to see how I feel in three months, which is when the next box is due.

I'd love to know your thoughts on what was in this box, as well as recommendations for other subscription boxes.
