Since my blog is still just a baby, I thought I would do this tag so you can know a little more about me. I read this initially on Humanely Chic and, although I'm not tagged personally, she asked anyone to do it.
1: Flats or heels?
I love heels, I have a rather large shoe collection and I'd say about 95% are heels, however I've recently been loving my flats. So right now, flats.
2: What's your fave nail polish brand?
If they were the same price, I'd choose China Glaze every time. However, for the money I don't think you can beat Barry M.
3: Top 5 movies of all time?
Can they all be Harry Potter? No, ok. In no order; Harry Potter (any and all), Avengers Assemble, Lord of the Rings (any and all), Superman Man of Steel, Young Victoria.
4: Fave male and female singer?
This answer changes regularly, but at the moment Lykke Li and Jose Gonzalez.
5: If you could take only 3 make up products to a deserted island what would they be?
An eyebrow pencil, foundation, Sleek Face Form kit (it works as a shadow too), Barry M Lash Vegas Waterproof mascara and sun block.
6: What is your fave Disney movie?
I'm not really a fan of Disney movies, I know, controversial! If we're talking animation, I'd have to say Monsters Inc.
7: What is your fave high end make-up brand?
I don't really own much high end make-up, I find it easier to get vegan make-up at the lower end of my budget. But I do love Better Than Sex Mascara from Too Faced, so I'd say Too Faced.
8: What is your fave drug store make up brand?
Either Autograph from Marks and Spencer or B. from Superdrug. Both have some amazing and not so great products.
9: Describe yourself in 5 words.
Empathetic, sensitive, quirky, loyal, tall.
10: Shower or bubble bath?
I used to love a bubble bath but a few years ago I had the bath taken out, so I only ever shower now.
11: Which 3 products are on your wish list that you would love to try?
Butter London's nail polishes, theBalm's Mary Lou Manizer and Lime Crime's lipsticks.
12: What is your fave body cream?
Orangeasm Body Butter from Soap and Glory. It's thick, creamy and smells heavenly.
13: Who is your fave actress and actor?
Sandra Bullock (possibly) and Tom Hanks. I can't think of a single film of either of theirs that I didn't enjoy.
14: Your number 1 female role model?
My mum. She's an incredible woman. I'm in awe of her a lot of the time, she's saved my life (literally, CPR) on more than one unfortunate occasion and is so heartfelt in everything she does.
15: Who are your top 5 fashion/glamour icons?
I'm not really into fashion, I like to wear what I think suits me rather than what is in fashion. I like the style of people like Catherine Zeta Jones, Audrey Hepburn etc. There is one woman who I think always looks amazing, her name is Peggy Soo and you can find her on Instagram.
16: What's your fave chocolate?
Jokerz, it's a rice milk chocolate with nougat, caramel and peanuts. To my recollection it tastes just like a Snickers.
17: Do you wear fake tan, and if so what's your fave brand?
I have only ever fake tanned once, it was a nightmare! I came out in a nasty rash almost immediately and swore to never try it again. I am very fair skinned and really like it.
18: What's your fave TV show at the moment?
Doctor Who, it has been for years.
19: What's your fave shampoo and conditioner?
Cynthia Sylvia Stout Shampoo (mouthful!) from Lush is great on my hair, and I can use pretty much any conditioner. I am really liking Superdrug's Pro Vitamin Full Volume conditioner at the moment though.
20: What's your fave deodorant?
For when I have just got out of the shower I like Superdrug own brand, but if I'm completely dry I like Aromaco from Lush.
