If you're fairly new to my blog you won't know that I was lucky enough to get a Ciaté nail polish advent calendar last December. Behind every door was a nail related surprise; Polish, glitter, transfers and gems, that's why I have so many Ciaté minis. Electronica was one of my favourites from the calendar, but I've been saving it for summer because it's so bright and perfect for the season.

I've had Sleek's Meringue nail polish sitting in my 'not on the blog yet' box for well over a year, but for some reason have never really given it the time of day. As I seem to have fallen in love with clean white nails recently, I thought it was about time that changed.

Along with red and pink, purple is one of my favourite colours to wear on my nails. I have so many different shades and finishes, and Are You Jelly? from China Glaze is certainly up there with my favourites.

Manicure Monday | Blue Tribal Nails

Over the last year I've experimented with a few different nail wrap brands, and all of them have turned out horribly. They either won't stick, are too small (I have rather wide nails), or are so flimsy that they rip as soon as I touch them. I'm terrible at nail art so would have to rely on wraps for any kind of funky design, so when I spotted Thumbs Up Nails had so many lovely designs I decided to give them a go. The wraps I'm wearing in this mani are called 'Tribe', and I've paired them with Ciaté's Ferris Wheel.

Manicure Monday | Barry M Silk Nail Paint - Heather

After wearing Meadow a few weeks ago, and loving it so much, I decided it was time I got some more use out of the rest of the Silk collection from Barry M. I've had the entire collection since it was released last year, but have barely worn it, I don't know why because I love most of the shades. Being a huge purple nail polish fan, I decided to go with Heather this week.
